Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 24 hours Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 24 hours, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
