Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges, store credit, and limited refunds are available for purchases made from Dodona Avdiu. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms below.


Production & Lead Times

All garments are produced to order.

  • Standard-size items require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Custom-made garments require additional lead time depending on design complexity.

  • Shipping time begins only after production is complete.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to standard production duration.


Sizing & Measurement Confirmation

Customers must confirm their measurements using the official Dodona Avdiu sizing charts before an order is processed.

  • Customers who provide their own measurements are responsible for ensuring their accuracy.

  • Once sizing is confirmed, the order is considered approved and cannot be modified or cancelled.


Custom Orders - Final Sale

Custom-made garments are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

This includes:

  • Made-to-measure garments

  • Personalized or special-order designs

  • Deposits for custom work

If a custom item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours with clear photo or video evidence. Repair services may be arranged when applicable.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available only for standard-size, non-custom garments that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • The red security ribbon is fully intact and not cut, stretched, or removed

  • The exchange request is submitted within the permitted timeframe

Items returned without an intact red ribbon are not eligible for exchange or store credit.


Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange.

  • Dodona Avdiu covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item within the same country.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and photos showing the garment and intact red ribbon.

  2. Wait for approval before shipping the item back.

  3. Once the item is inspected and approved, you may exchange it for another size or style (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


Store Credit

If an exchange cannot be completed, eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the item’s purchase price.

  • Store credit is issued after inspection.

  • Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.


Refund Limitations

Dodona Avdiu does not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

In all other cases, the available resolutions are:

  • Exchange (if eligible)

  • Store credit

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

  • Items with a broken or removed red ribbon

  • Items showing wear, damage, or alteration


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was received

Clear photo or video evidence is required for all claims.


Non-Refundable Shipping & Duties

Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If an item is returned for exchange, any duties or taxes paid at delivery remain the responsibility of the customer.


EU 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided it is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With the red ribbon intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
